We used IBA Event Rentals for our wedding in April 2024, and we couldn't have been more pleased! From the start, their customer service was outstanding. They listened to our needs, offered great suggestions, and made multiple (and I mean multiple!) changes to our orders without any issues. The quality of the rentals, including tables, chairs, linens, and shelving units, were top-notch and truly enhanced the look of our special day. Our ceremony and reception space were in separate locations. Delivery and setup were prompt and professional, which alleviated a lot of stress. To Courtney and Carlos your professionalism was top notch and the attention to detail to ensure your clients are satisfied are impeccable. For the staff, up to date rental equipment, pricing, telephone calls, emails, recommendations, delivery and pickup was far more than all expected. This business is amazing! From the very start we were happy about the quick response we got from them when other rental companies took days to respond if at all. The friendly, family like demeanor of the workers was so refreshing. When planning a wedding they give just what is needed to feel relieved that you will be taken care of. Jasmine Strong was very thorough and helpful during this process and was there to keep me on track with reminders. Pick up and drop off was very easy and worry free.
