IBA provided the rentals for our wedding at Alhambra Hall in early February. They were easy to communicate with, despite several changes on our end. They were on time and helpful on-site. Would recommend them for wedding rentals!

We got the majority of our rentals for our wedding day from IBA rentals and we could not have been happier! They spoke with us the day before the wedding to move up the their arrival times, which was wonderful so that our planner and her team had even more time to prepare and set everything up. IBA was very prompt and all of the items we rented (tables, chairs, linens, dish ware, glassware, cutlery, etc) were beautiful. Our day was perfect and we are so thankful for IBA!
We held an adoption party for our kiddo and really enjoyed how simple the process was to rent tables, chairs and all from IBA. The pricing is all listed on the website which makes it easy to plan for when budgeting. We did the pickup and dropoff option which was seamless. The folks that all work there were really nice and understanding. We would rent from them again and recommend this place to anyone who is planning to host a party.
IBA Rentals came through in the clutch for our recent Memorial Day Weekend wedding rehearsal dinner. We needed a tent, tables, and chairs for a large group on Sunday evening. When I called they were already booked for this busy weekend, but worked with me to set up the tent on Thursday and pick it up on Tuesday because of the holiday. Angie’s kind manner and patience gave me the assurance I needed as she helped talk me through what I should order, how many per the number of people, and what sizes would be best. When delivery day arrived every single thing ordered was delivered and in great shape! Mr. Simmons, who headed the delivery, was also extremely kind and very efficient at his job as he worked with and directed his crew for set up. The tablecloths were top quality and added such a beautiful pop of color to our backyard event. I cannot say enough great things about our experience with IBA Rentals and highly recommend them! Kindness on every level makes this company a standout!
IBA is outstanding! I helped plan a 50th Birthday Party at the Cedar Room. Prior to calling IBA, I called three other companies, who could not assist with delivery or pickup. Everyone was so helpful and kind! From my beginning phone call as a lost bride to be trying to figure out how many tables and chairs I needed. I definitely would have never thought of different size tables for cake and guests book to save room for the dance floor! The follow up and communicate for the delivery, set up, and pick up helped keep me on track and one less thing I had to worry about for our big day. I couldn’t have asked for such a great group to work with in a very stressful time. Everything turned out perfectly and I wouldn’t have happened without all of their team. Thank you!
