When you book rentals with us, our team handles the delivery and set up of all large rental items to ensure everything is placed safely and efficiently. This includes tables, chairs, stages, dance floors, tents, and draping. These items are installed in accordance with your approved layout and venue guidelines to ensure your event runs smoothly. Please note that while we set up these structural and rental elements, we do not provide linens or tabletop items (plates, glassware, or flatware), so your planner or décor team can style the space exactly as desired.

Table and chair setup is optional and must be selected on your invoice in advance. If setup is not included, the client is responsible for the placement and breakdown of all tables and chairs. To help our team provide the most efficient setup possible, we strongly encourage clients to send a floor plan or layout in advance whenever available. Having this information in advance allows our crew to closely follow your vision and ensure a smooth, timely installation on event day.

On the day of delivery and pickup, our team will call the designated day-of contact listed on the invoice approximately 30 minutes before arrival to provide an exact ETA. After your event, all linens must be placed back into the red linen bags provided, and all glassware, flatware, and dinnerware must be returned to their original crates, free of food or liquid. Following these guidelines helps ensure an efficient pickup process and prevents additional handling or cleaning fees.
